Channel 5.2

April 2006 - March 2008 Channel 5.2 is a new educational and work based training programme run in partnership with Community College Hackney. It focuses on the development and production of a creative sector employment and advice network for London. Trainees receive a flexible package of training and work experience based on their individual needs including 1:1 advice sessions, accredited Interactive Media training and opportunities to work with a team led by creative sector professionals. Participants will gain industry insight and hands-on technical skills in web design, branding, marketing, event management, design, and project management, as well as work experience placements. This programme commenced in May 2006 and runs throughout 2006-07.
