Please note that shares and sub-lets are let at the discretion of our studio tenants and contact details are for the studio tenants. As long as you are registered who they take is up to them! The tenant will then contact SPACE to let us know they have found someone and SPACE will send a sub-let agreement or sharers agreement for all parties to sign. Rent is payable to the tenant and not to SPACE.
