SPACE is planning up to 37 new studios, spread over the first and second floors, in a riverside Victorian building located between the Thames Barrier and the Woolwich Ferry. The proposed studios, ranging from 194 to 415 sq ft will have good natural light and some will have views across the Thames. There is potential for larger studios if we are made aware of such a requirement at an early stage. We regret but there is no lift access in this building. The proposed rent is £8.75 per sq ft per annum (exclusive of electricity). Nearby transport links are: Woolwich Dockyard Railway Station, buses along Woolwich Church Street and Woolwich ferry/foot tunnel. There will be 4 dedicated parking spaces and a further 16 first come first served spaces which are shared with other users of the Industrial Estate. These studios would have good natural light and be served by both pedestrian and goods lifts. There are good transport links, with 3 tube stations within a 15 minute walk.
