SPACE provides support and resources to artists to make the great art of our day. We are one of the largest arts organisations in England and have been at the vanguard in promoting the role of artists in society since our inception in 1968.

who we work with
We support over 600 artists by providing affordable, quality space in which to work. This essential resource means artists can afford to pursue their practice.
London is running out of traditional industrial space. SPACE is involved in active advocacy — lobbying planning policies for more buildings of an appropriate and high quality standard — and we work with property developers looking for occupancy and a creative solution for their commercial space.
