Friends, Patrons and Angels
SPACE really values its friends and supporters.
They’re essential to our mission to
support artists and engage the public with them. Through our Friends & Patrons scheme we think we’ve been able to show a growing number of SPACE supporters how important they are to us. and helped them to know us better.
But “What are friends for?”
Friends are people who like to keep in touch, like your outlook on life, meet for the occasional social.
Best Friends are people you can count on for uncritical support. They go above and beyond and always get a special thank you.
Patrons are friends who give specific benefits and foster close relationships with the people they support.
Corporate Patrons – possibly companies or organisations, who help with the heavy lifting in life and benefit by association with the people they support.
Then there are the Angels, with a completely different perspective on the world, who are selfless in their support and held in reverence in return!
SPACE really values all friendship so we’ve launched SPACE Friends & Patrons.
By joining, you’ll be able to keep you in touch with what we’re doing, be invited to gallery openings, get discounts on training, workshops, editions and more.
With Friends Like You, we’ll be able to continue supporting over 750 artists to innovate and develop their practice in 18 studio buildings, alongside our extensive artist support, school & community engagement and digital & media programmes.
