London is running out of traditional industrial space. SPACE is involved in active advocacy — lobbying planning policies for more buildings of an appropriate and high quality standard — and we work with property developers looking for occupancy and a creative solution for their commercial space.

SPACE understands the needs of building owners and developers. We have been included in Section 106 agreements, in tripartite agreements — between freeholders, ourselves and the local authority — and in private treaty arrangements to help win planning approval and bring schemes to fruition.
