SPACE studio artist Ania Dabrowska shortlisted to show new work in Times Square, New York
Art Takes Time Square, a competition run by Artists Wanted, gives artists, photographers and designers an opportunity to showcase their work on billboards in central New York. Winners will have their work published in the Art Takes Time Square book, which will be distributed worldwide.
Ania Dabrowska, artist in residence at Arlington, has been shortlisted to show ‘Arlington Portraits’, a series of transformative photographic portraits of the people she has been working with for the past two years.
She was selected as the first artist in residence for the Creative Space studio at Arlington, one of London’s oldest running hostels for homeless people.

Organised by SPACE, in partnership with One Housing, the Creative Space residency programme provides a unique studio space to an artist in return for creative activities with the residents.
